What the Two Days cover:

  • Introduction to Reiki: You'll learn about the history and origin of Reiki, including its founder Mikao Usui, and the basic principles and philosophy underlying Reiki practice. 

  • Attunement: One of the key aspects of Reiki training is the attunement process. During an attunement, the Reiki master will use specific symbols and rituals to align and open your energy channels, allowing you to connect with the universal life force energy more effectively.

  • Learn about the Chakras and how to align them

  • Hand Positions: Learn how to perform Reiki on others as well as self-treatments for inner harmony and stress relief.

  • Learn the art of safe practice and understanding the need for Spiritual protection for yourself and others

  • Explore basic healing techniques to share the gift of Reiki with loved ones.

  • Uncover the ethical principles of practicing Reiki responsibly.

  • Work with Pendulums.

  • You’ll receive a Reiki Manual that covers the teaching and information from the two days
