I bring together many of the healing modalities offered through Earth Walk Therapies, including Reiki, Shamanic Healing, energy work, and holistic spiritual practices, to create events that are both deeply grounding and profoundly empowering.
From Reiki training workshops to small group healing circles and special events, every gathering is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a space of learning, reflection, and healing.

Women’s Circles - A Sacred Place for Women to Gather
You are warmly invited to join us for a nurturing Women’s Circle with Earth Walk Therapies at Elemental Connection, a beautiful space where women come together to slow down, reconnect and support one another
on their healing journey.
Within our circle we create a safe and sacred space to share, listen and simply be. Through gentle practices we open the heart, calm the nervous system and reconnect to our inner wisdom.
During this special gathering we will experience:
Talking Stick Sharing – an opportunity to speak from the heart and be deeply heard
Oracle Card Guidance – intuitive messages to support your current Earth Walk
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) – a gentle practice to release tension and deeply relax the body
Relaxation Meditation – allowing the body and mind to soften and settle
Sound Healing – soothing vibrations to restore inner balance
Reiki Energy – gentle healing energy to support emotional and energetic wellbeing
This circle is a moment to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself while being held in the support of like-hearted women.

Reiki 1st Degree Workshop
Reiki 1st Degree Course
Each day begins with oracle cards, intention setting, gentle breathwork and sound healing to ground, centre and create a safe, supportive space for your Reiki journey.
During this workshop you will explore:
What Reiki is and how Universal Life-Force Energy
supports balance and wellbeing
A short history and principles of Reiki
Energy awareness and how energy moves through the body
The chakra system and its role in emotional, physical,
and spiritual balance
Reiki self-treatment and the importance of self-care
Hand positions for self-healing
Grounding, protection and clearing techniques for everyday life
Developing trust in your intuition and inner guidance
Reiki Level 1 attunements
How to gently integrate Reiki into daily life
This course is deeply focused on self-healing, awareness, and personal growth.
No previous experience is needed. This workshop is open to anyone feeling called to slow down, listen inward, and embrace the beauty of their Earth Walk.

Breathwork & Sound Healing
Join Sue from Earth Walk Therapies for a nurturing Mother’s Day gathering, a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
This special Breathwork and Sound Healing session is designed to guide you into a calm, relaxed state where the nervous system can soften and the body can begin to restore. Through guided breathwork, you will be supported to release tension, reconnect with your heart, and allow space
for deep inner nourishment.
As you settle into stillness, the soothing vibrations of healing sound will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, balance the body, and invite a
sense of peace and renewal.

Breathwork & Sound Healing for Women
You are warmly invited to join Sue from Earth Walk Therapies for a nurturing Breathwork and Sound Healing session at Elemental Connection, a sacred space for women to gather, receive, reconnect and simply be.
In the busyness of life we often forget to pause and reconnect with our inner world. This gentle and supportive gathering invites you to soften, breathe deeply and reconnect with your heart and soul.
Through guided breathwork, you will be encouraged to allow the breath to flow freely throughout your entire being, calming the nervous system, releasing tension and opening space for deeper awareness and soul connection.
As your body settles into stillness, healing sound frequencies will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, restore balance and support emotional and energetic healing.
This is a space where women can come together to slow down, receive nurturing energy, reconnect to themselves and be supported in a heart-centred environment.
