Terms and Conditions for Booking

1. Introduction
Welcome to Earth Walk Therapies bookings. By using our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings for services that are under $100 require a $30 non refundable deposit. All services and events over $100 require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

3. Payment
The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic transfers.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

4.1 Notice Period
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur any additional fees, and your deposit will be applied to your next booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.

5. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided the required 48-hour notice, the $100 deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay an additional fee to rebook.

6. Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds for any other payments made will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Earth Walk Therapies.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Earth Walk Therapies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the booking system will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
