Reiki 2nd Degree is a space where your intuition strengthens, your awareness expands, and your healing becomes more intentional and refined.
This is where you begin to truly feel the energy moving through you supporting not only your own journey, but the healing of others.

Reiki 1st Degree Course
Each day begins with oracle cards, intention setting, gentle breathwork and sound healing to ground, centre and create a safe, supportive space for your Reiki journey.
During this workshop you will explore:
What Reiki is and how Universal Life-Force Energy
supports balance and wellbeing
A short history and principles of Reiki
Energy awareness and how energy moves through the body
The chakra system and its role in emotional, physical,
and spiritual balance
Reiki self-treatment and the importance of self-care
Hand positions for self-healing
Grounding, protection and clearing techniques for everyday life
Developing trust in your intuition and inner guidance
Reiki Level 1 attunements
How to gently integrate Reiki into daily life
This course is deeply focused on self-healing, awareness, and personal growth.
No previous experience is needed. This workshop is open to anyone feeling called to slow down, listen inward, and embrace the beauty of their Earth Walk.
