Pregnancy is often seen as the most beautiful time of a woman’s life, but sometimes it can bring along many aches and pains as your body adjusts with physical and emotional changes that happen throughout pregnancy. You might experience various physical aches and pains as your belly grows and shifts the centre of balance. Making it harder for you to maintain balance. Lava Mumma Pregnancy massage is a beautiful side-lying style massage that supports Mum and Bub in a supportive, comfortable way throughout the entire massage.

What to expect:
* Firstly you’ll step into my Healing Sanctuary where there is soothing relaxation
music, blankets, bolsters and pillows all for your comfort.
* Secondly we’ll have a quick chat to check in and see how you and Bub are
going.
* Then we’ll get you onto the massage table (in a side lying position) where you’ll
be fully supported with pillows and cushions to maintain your comfort
throughout you’re massage.

Your Lava Mumma Pregnancy massage is a 60 min full body massage with your head, hands and feet included. We understand the need for expectant mums to be very protective of their little growing baby and never massage stomach without asking permission, e.g. stomach massage helps in releasing specific muscles.

If there have been any complications with your pregnancy we kindly ask that you discuss any concerns with your doctor before your massage appointment. After all, we want the best possible outcome for you and Bub.
